165HP Grader Machine with Electronic Power-Shift Transmission

The torque converter and power-shift gearbox combine six forward and three reverse gears, allowing the TG165 to adapt its travel speed to different grading, working and transport conditions. The multi-speed transmission also makes it easier to select an appropriate gear for controlled blade operation.

The driving axle features an integrated three-wheel anti-slip differential and a strong roller-chain tandem case, helping distribute driving force across the rear wheels. The boxed oscillating front axle with inclined wheels further supports stable movement over uneven working surfaces.

Two HUSCO five-way control valves provide flexible hydraulic control for the grader's working functions. An imported hydraulic equalizing valve is used for blade lifting, while the patented hydraulic pin-pulling device allows convenient control of the blade mechanism from the operator's position.

The center-articulated steering system works together with tilting front wheels to enable the entire machine to travel in an offset configuration. This gives the TG165 greater flexibility when positioning the grader for road shaping, shoulder work and other grading operations.

Caliper disc brakes on the four rear wheels provide the service braking system, while a mechanical internal-expanding brake serves as the parking brake. The separate braking arrangements support controlled stopping and secure machine parking during operation.

The TG165 uses electro-hydraulic controls together with an integrated instrument monitoring system, giving the operator clear access to key machine information. Maintenance-free OPTIMA Sweden batteries further simplify routine electrical system upkeep.

The dual-diagonal body design and full-metal hood create a distinctive grader profile while maintaining a practical layout around the working area. The 1 m × 1 m visibility reference helps support the operator's view when positioning the machine and blade.

The TG165 can be equipped with an optional front bulldozing blade and rear ripper. These attachments expand the machine's capability beyond standard grading, allowing it to perform additional pushing, loosening and site-preparation tasks.
